Passare Releases New Care Center Within the Case Management Platform

ABILENE, Texas – Passare has announced the release of an all-new Care Center section within the Passare Case Management platform, which is now available through Passare’s standard subscription service at no additional charge.

“We have a philosophy of continuous improvement at Passare,” said Chris Baber, vice president and chief product officer. “We are continually receiving feedback from our customers and implementing updates that are important to them. The Care Center is designed to assist funeral homes with tracking decedent care, personal belongings, and preparation. Keeping track of decedent care electronically will help funeral professionals collaborate with one another and keep everyone on the same page."

Passare is a software as a service platform that offers funeral homes an innovative collaboration platform along with a robust case management solution, accessible anytime, anywhere, from any Internet-connected device.

Through the new Care Center, Passare is helping funeral homes move to a completely paperless system if they so desire. The Care Center also has the potential to eliminate any need for a “white board” tracking system, according to the company.

“The Care Center will be revolutionary, especially for large-scale funeral providers,” said Nick Tunheim, Passare product manager. “You will be able to track the transportation of a decedent as well as the care and preparation of the body, including embalming and cremation, dressing and cosmetizing, casketing, and more. If you have dozens of cases at once, the benefits of tracking the care of a loved one’s body electronically are huge, especially in a multi-location business. Of course, our heritage firms with 100 to 200 calls per year will find great benefits to this system as well.”

Passare is an innovative tool that allows funeral homes to connect with their clients and better meet their needs. For more information, visit Passare online at www.passare.com.
